We offer a chalet (cabin) and a large ranch house near a lake.

Standlake Ranch is a new purpose built Christian Holiday farm, in 20 acres. A miracle that the Lord has made possible. It caters for 48 people in the main building and also has two guest chalets that can accommodate a further 8 people, giving 56 in total, however, extra places could be made available, please telephone us 01865 300099 for more details.

    A hidden retreat in the countryside (we can see the stars), and have rabbits, ducks, many birds, deer, etc.  One can have isolation but not be alone.  There is a lake within the estate with reed beds, which the Ranch overlooks. The lake also has a tiny beach and water slides. The boats 3 rowing & a pedalo) provide a lot of enjoyment (included in the price). There is a swing bridge & a pipe bridge over to an Island. A ropes obstacle course also gives a lot of fun, along with a  games field, and walks & trails in the woods, barbeques (provide your own food), and a camp fire near the river, are all included in the price. 
The kitchen has a large commercial oven and a utensil steriliser, and a plate/food warmer which could be used for storage.
A large hall serves for your meetings, eating and relaxing (in the shape of a 'T', the largest area is 50' by 26' approx).
  The leg of the T has a curtained-off prayer/chat room.

However, for extra activities, why not book with us and then contact "Adventure Plus" [A+], website www.adventureplus.org.uk who can provide adventure activities on site and locally using fully qualified instructors.  Your choice can include archery, mountain biking, team challenges and even canoeing, kayaking or sailing nearby.  
  Also close by there is an indoor swimming pool; banger racing; the Cotswold game park, Blenheim palace; Fishing; Cogges Farm; and 14 miles away is Oxford, with all its extra amenities, eg ice skating; cinemas; ten-pin bowling; there are many walks nearby; and there is also a fishing lake 6 mins away and many more.
 We are flexible by having Catering; Self-Catering; or a combination (providing we do a minimum of two meals).  Our charge is £5.00 per meal (only £5 for Sunday lunch is not bad is it?).  We use a professional cook.

    Self-catering Accommodation:
For two nights or more:-
31 people and over:   £12.00 per person per night;
21 to 30 people:        £14.00 per person per night;
20 people and under  £16.00 per person per night.
One night only is        £18.00 per person - regardless of group number,
Day only visitors          £5.00 
The minimum charge is £250.

During the months of October 1st to March 31st a one off heating contribution of £2.50 per person will be applied to go towards heating costs.

We supply a mattress with a bottom sheet; pillow with pillowcover; and 1 blanket. 
We suggest you bring sleeping bags or quilts. Should you need extra blankets, pillows, then please bring your own.
A top sheet, if requested, is £2.00 per sheet, this covers the cost of washing etc..  
 
A good way to transport sleeping bags/quilts is to lay them flat on the back seat of the vehicle.

Give your speakers or pastors a bit of a treat and quietness to prepare, by booking a chalet, groups have special rates.

We will only hold a provisional booking for fourteen days to receive the deposit and booking form before releasing the dates to other people, we will try to contact you first.

    CHALETS

     Each has a lounge, a small kitchen, and bedroom with an en-suite shower room/toilet.  The bedroom has two bunk-beds (4 people) -- one has an extra child fold-up bed.  The beds are fully made, with top sheets and quilts.
They are self-contained and self catering. The chalets are available for private rent at £18 for first night then £16.00 per person per night. A seven nights is discounted to only £105 each person (saving £9).  Ideal for families who wish to get away, be with nature, relax and chill out.  Also good for  individuals wanting a bit of solitude, study, or simply, relaxation.  On your own but not isolated.  Further quietness or fun can be had by use of the boats on the lake (included in the price).  Barbeque; walks in the woods; the lane goes all the way around and takes about 20 to 30 minutes to walk; etc.
